1. Introduction

Welcome to Keira Rose Creative. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide Website Design, Brand Design, Social Media and Marketing Services. All services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

a) Provide accurate and complete information
b) Use our services for lawful purposes only
c) Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services

4. Payments

Payments for services can be made as follows:

a) Paid in full upfront.
b) A 50/50 payment plan where a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the remaining 50% is due prior to the final delivery of services.
c) Another payment option discussed and agreed upon in writing between the parties.

Payments must be made via electronic funds transfer to the Service Provider's nominated bank account as specified in the issued tax invoice. All amounts payable are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated..

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cooling-off Period: If the Client terminates the Agreement during the cooling-off period, the Service Provider will refund fees paid in advance, minus an administration fee.

Refunds are not available where:
a) The Client changes their mind.
b) The Client’s personal or financial circumstances change.
c) The reason for termination is outside of the Service Provider's control.
d) The Client insists on services being performed in a way that contradicts the Service Provider’s advice.
e) Refunds will be processed promptly via:
f) The original payment method.
g) A third-party payment provider.
h) Or as otherwise agreed between the parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Keira Rose Creative or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keira Rose Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
